Dr. Carl Haisch, M.D., 
FACS is the Director of Surgical Immunology and Transplantation at the East Carolina University Medical Center, Greenville, North Carolina. He is a Professor of Surgery at the East Carolina University Medical School and has collaborated with the staff of BREONICS, Inc. since 1988.

Dr. Gauke Kootstra, M.D., PhD. 
The Dean of the Medical Faculty at the University Hospital Center in Maastricht, Netherlands. Dr Kootstra is world renown for his work in developing procedures for utilizing the Non-Heart Beating Donor (NHBD) in order to increase the number of human kidneys for clinical transplantation.

Dr. David C. Cronin, M.D., PhD. 
A liver transplantation surgeon and professor of surgery at the University of Chicago, Chicago Illinois. Dr. Cronin is the chief surgeon and collaborator with BREONICS for the Company's liver perfusion program

Dr. Maurits Booster, M.D., PhD. 
A transplant surgeon and member of the surgical staff at the University Hospital Center in Maastricht, Netherlands. Dr. Booster has been an advisor and a collaborator with BREONICS since 1999. He has been a integral part of the non heart beating donor program at the University Hospital Center in Maastricht and actively provides his surgical expertise to the Company's EMS Development Program.

Dr. Joseph V. Bonventre, M.D., PhD. 
The Director of the Harvard-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Division of Health Sciences and Technology is supplying technical expertise and laboratory support for assessing the biochemical processes that occur during EMS perfusion. He is the Robert H. Ebert Professor of Molecular Medicine at Harvard and a world-renowned renal physiologist.

Dr. William C. Topp, Ph.D.  
Serves as a Director and Advisor to the Company. Dr. Topp is presently a Special Partner with Techno Ventures Management (TVM) Munich, Germany and Boston, Massachusetts. He is also President of Biotechnology Associates and has over thirteen years of experience providing assistance to American and multinational European firms in the development of policies and programs for licensing and technology transfer as well as due diligence and portfolio management.
